This section contains the contact details of the teaching secretariats for general educational and administrative information, as well as the contact details of the offices that manage the various services offered by the University.
HOW AND WHEN? The main tools for getting in touch with the University of Verona's services are:
FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED ON THE UNIVERSITY'S STUDY COURSES- where available, via the "Help Desk", found in the bottom right-hand corner of the University Home Page, using their GIA credentials, otherwise by e-mail only from their institutional e-mail address;
- by telephone, respecting the opening hours of the relevant desks.

Economics Teaching and Student Services Unit
This unit is responsible for:
- Supporting the deliberations of the department, teaching committees and joint committees on teaching and student services.
- Supporting the department, teaching committees and study programme contact staff in establishing and modifying courses (initial project, definitive project (Sua-CdS card) and sustainability), establishing and terminating courses (teaching load, teaching regulations) and monitoring (exam resits and second marking).
- Managing contract professors.
- Overseeing the organisation of lesson times, exams and graduation sessions.
- Managing the academic records of the students in the department.
- Running the front office.
Orientation Services Unit
For support, information and advice in choosing a course of study.
Enrolments Unit
For information on matriculation procedures and admission competitions.
Inclusion and Accessibility
The Inclusion and Accessibility Office provides support to students with disabilities and Specific Learning Disorder (SLD)/learning disabilities from enrolment to graduation.
Equal Access to Education Unit
For information on fees and contributions, scholarships, benefits, degree awards.
International Office
For information on exchange programmes and student mobility, international activities, educational offer, evaluation of foreign degrees, Italian language courses and right to study.
Student Survey
During your time at the University you will have the opportunity to give your opinion anonymously, through student questionnaires. Of particular importance is the student questionnaire on teaching, the completion of which is necessary in order to register for exams.
