Learning objectives
The course aims at providing the necessary conceptual, normative and methodological bases for analysing and understanding the system of data protection in the commercial and labour law. The purpose of the course is to make the student capable of assessing the issues arising in the implementation of the theoretical and regulatory framework, through correct legal reasoning and arguments. At the end of the course the student has to show to have acquired the following skills: ability to master the tools underlying data protection systems in the context of company organization and business; ability to correctly interpret and use the technical language used in the field of commercial and labor law; ability to develop correct legal solutions in the context of data protection in the corporate environment
Prerequisites and basic notions
Knowledge of some basic notions of corporate law, public corporate law and administrative law; knowledge of data protection regulations (for brevity, privacy)

Didactic methods
After reading the relevant regulatory provisions, in-depth study of the institutions and topics through oral presentation supported by slides and presentation of relevant documents on the subject, with possible practical case studies. At the end of each topic, a quick review with questions to verify learning. If the topic allows, exercises on concrete cases.
