Learning outcomes

To provide the participants with the basic knowledge of a company’s nature, functions, operating logics, management and governance.
To introduce the issues and the main methods for defining a strategy to obtain a competitive advantage in international competitive environments.

Examination Methods

A written test to assess accurate knowledge and a supplementary oral examination are required.
