Learning outcomes
Understanding the World Wide Web architecture in order to share information in the right way. Be able to publish usable, accessible and indexable content; and being able to promote that content by building relationships with the public and with targeted advertising.
The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to develop useful solutions for tourism organizations and to promote tourism online.

- The modern social web. Features of social networks, blog, wikis, raccomandation systems, etc.
- The netiquette. The e-email. The social media communication: how to take care of a profile and earn followers.
- Know your audience with web analytics. Promote your content with targeted advertising.
- Internet of surveillance and the european general data protection regulation (GDPR).

Examination Methods
The test consists of two parts: a multiple-choice questionnaire and an exercise on web content publishing. The final grade is the average of the grades of the two parts. Both must have a minimum grade of 18/30.
The exam grade will be automatically recorded after the end of the exam session: those wishing to refuse it are asked to send me an email from the institutional address (@ studenti.univr.it).
