Know the second level educational work in educational services, with particular attention to the role of the pedagogical coordinator. Applying knowledge and understanding 1. To recognize the pedagogical methods appropriate for the management of educational services useful for professional development and service innovation.

Educational services in a logic of market economy: a vision of the market economy compatible with the pedagogical perspective.
The specificity of educational services organizations.
Logic and tools for the enhancement of human resources.
Coordination, training, supervision, consulting and research: second level educational work as a condition of professional empowerment and organizational development.
Promotion of professional development and service innovation.
Culture and organizational climates, personal and organizational learning, work groups, leadership, decision making, conflict management in educational services.
