Learning outcomes

The course aims to increase the scientific knowledge on health education with particular attention to care, effective communication with the patient, family members, and workgroups, and to recognize the different features and research strategies to improve their productivity. HEALTH PEDAGOGY At the end of the course, the student must (1) understand the fundamental concepts of health education with particular attention to care; (2) experiment reflection and narration as tools to facilitate the process of learning and care in individual and group work. CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY At the end of the course, the student must develop communication skills to establish a relationship of collaboration with the patient and family members and gain awareness of group dynamics and conflict management. GROUP PSYCHOLOGY At the end of the course, the student must understand (1) the different theories related to the study of group psychology; (2) recognize the different positions within a working group and investigate strategies to improve their productivity. WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY At the end of the course, the student must know the decision-making concept (problem-finding, problem-setting, problem-solving), manage cognitive, emotional, and behavioural aspects, with an ‘individual - group – organizational’ framework.

MM: PEDAGOGIA SANITARIA

Written examination. The assessment of the learning outcomes consists in a written test aimed at verifying: depth and extent of acquired knowledge, language skills, ability to connect and integrate knowledge, ability to transfer acquired skills to their professional practice context, analytical and argumentative skills, capacity for personal critical elaboration. The written test covers the entire program and the evaluation will be expressed in thirty.

The exam will be written and will be composed of a variable number of open and closed questions. These will be drawn by the 5 chapters of the book by Sartori and Rappagliosi to be studied for the exam.

MM: PSICOLOGIA DEI GRUPPI

The final exam will be in written form, with open questions and brief exercises. The exam will evaluate the degree of comprehension of the main concepts addressed during the lessons and will focus on the slide material presented. In the open questions, students should show that they are able to present their arguments correctly, clearly and concisely, identifying the essential elements for the answer and using the specialist language appropriately. The brief exercises will evaluate the ability to practically apply the skills proposed during the lessons.

Written format with open and multiple choise closed questions. The exam is based on the topics treated during the lessons and the texts indicated in the program. It will evaluate the degree of comprehension of the main concepts addressed during the course, the ability to critically analyze and practically apply the topics and the skills proposed during the theorietical and practical teaching.
