Learning outcomes
This course aims at giving a deep knowledge of the following relevant topics. 1- biological basis and mechanism which are involved in the training process 2- methodology for the application of a correct progression in training program 3- factors determining performance and training tools in different sport and fitness activities 4. functional evaluation and monitoring of training status and progression. The student's commitment is 100 hours, for a total of 4 CFUs, of which: 50 hours of attendance in schools; 50 hours to be held in "Events and / or Sports Promotion" selected from the proposals of the Educational College of Movement Sciences. The activities are finalized to the direct observation and training in teaching movement activities in school contests and in the promotion of sport activities.

Examination Methods
Written questions on both modules is the first step of evaluation, its positive outcome allow to enter the oral examination which includes separate evalaution of the two modules. Final global interview will attribute the overall value of the exam
