Learning objectives
1) Know and understand the theories related to learning and training of individuals in the life cycle. 2) Know and understand the pedagogical theories that support the processes and techniques of learning, training and development of individuals and of different working communities in relation also to the necessary processes of social and cultural inclusion. 3) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques to the analysis of learning processes to professional training and to the development of practical communities 4) To choose and apply methodologies and teaching strategies to diversify, functional to complex training contexts and characterized by emerging personal and social needs SPECIFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES 1. Know the main stages of development of online training; 2. develop teaching strategies for training within online learning environments; 3. analyze knowledge management and e-learning systems in business contexts; 4. experiment with organizing an online learning event, even using mobile devices.

Didactic methods
Lectures, video projections, individual or group laboratory exercises with technology, collaborative activities, innovative teaching methods.
Learning assessment procedures
Assessment modalities: For attending students, the assessment will consist of a Project Work during the course and a semi-structured written test on the course contents. Further details will be provided at the beginning of the course.
For non-attending students, the assessment will consist of a semi-structured written test on the contents of the course and on the materials on the platform Moodle.
The written test will consist of an articulated series of specific questions that will require the examiners to independently formulate the text of the answers, respecting, however, the prescriptive constraints present in the question.
Some questions will focus on "knowledge", others will test the candidate's ability to apply knowledge in a practical and design context (area of "skills").
Duration of the test for non-attending students: one hour and thirty minutes.
