Learning objectives
The general purpose of the teaching course is to present the main research and intervention areas of psychology for the management of sports organizations.
The specific learning aims of the teaching course are:
to know and understand the basic and advanced core elements of psychology applied to the management, marketing, and communication of innovative and sustainable sports organizations;
to know how to apply the knowledge of psychology for management, marketing, and communication in the different fields in which sports organizations operate;
to have communication skills for the management of sports organizations and for the different types of services and structures for sport and physical activities;
to learn the knowledge and the key skills of transformational leadership applied to the management, marketing, and communication of sports organizations.
Prerequisites and basic notions
Basic knowledge of psychology applied to motor and sports sciences.
