Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide a panoramic of financial instruments and services for the fundraising of sport companies. By using case studies, the course aims to provide the characteristics, techniques and implications related to the use of fundraising instruments. Particular attention will be devoted to innovative fundraising techniques.

Program
The course aims to provide basic knowledge of the main fundraising instruments, keeping in mind the different financial needs of both large sports clubs and minor sports associations. Therefore, the following topics will be taken into account:
- The structure of the financial system and services for financial needs
- The role of capital markets in the financing of sports organizations
- Online fundraising for sports organizations: focus on crowdfunding campaigns
- Non-repayable funds for the financing of sports organizations

Written test made up of open questions and exercises.
Evaluation criteria
The exam aims to assess the acquired knowledge and critical analysis skills by considering mastery of the technical language and the ability to organize the answer logically.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final evaluation is expressed out of thirty and may take into account any project work carried out.
