Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the notions necessary to understand how individuals interact with their work environment. In particular themes such as work-related stress and safety in workplaces will be highlighted. Furthermore, prevention and safety communication items will be presented in a sociological perspective.
Prerequisites and basic notions
The course aims to provide the necessary elements for understanding the interaction between the individual and the work environment, with particular reference to the dynamics of work-related stress and safety in the workplace. It also addresses the topic of safety communication from a sociological perspective. The dynamics of construction and social acceptance of risk will therefore be analyzed and the elements will be prepared for reflection on safety management and communication tools.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
Written exam with mainly open answers. The student must demonstrate that he has understood the theoretical notions relating to the situation reported, and be able to explain them with appropriate technical language.
