Learning objectives
Students will learn about the elements that characterize the administrative liability of institutions when dealing with a crime. They will learn about organization and management models and systems (as well as their structuring and the operating and verification mechanisms) which aim to optimize the corporate governance, in order to improve health conditions and safety in the workplace, with a systemic approach.
