The origin of life on Earth and the origin of the cells will also be considered in this course. The aim of the course is to give to the students all the necessary background knowledge to continue their studies (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology courses). The cell biology course II focuses on the main processes in the life of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, the flow of infor-mation, cell division and vescicular trafficking. This course will enhable the students to better understand Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology courses Theoretical principles of cytological techniques will also be considered in this course. The laboratory will support the understanding of the theory and will enable the students to use optical microscope and prepare simple experiments.
