Learning objectives

Acquisire le conoscenze sulle metodologie didattiche e tutoriali nei corsi di Laurea ad indirizzo sanitario nonché le modalità didattiche di E-Learnings.
Acquisire le conoscenze nella progettazione e organizzazione di attività formative in ambito sanitario.
Acquisire le conoscenze nell’ambito della psicologia dei gruppi.

Learning assessment procedures

Per superare l’esame lo studente deve dimostrare di essere in grado di saper:
- Progettare e realizzare interventi formativi per l'aggiornamento e la formazione permanente afferente alle strutture sanitarie di riferimento;
- Sviluppare le capacità di insegnamento per la specifica figura professionale nell'ambito delle attività tutoriali e di coordinamento del tirocinio nella formazione di base, complementare e permanente.
- Progettare e curare l'aggiornamento della professionalità dei laureati, assicurando loro la continua crescita tecnica e scientifica, nonchè il mantenimento di un elevato livello di motivazione personale.
- applicare le conoscenze della psicologia applicata al mondo del lavoro per valorizzare capacità e potenzialità di individui e gruppi in ambiti lavorativi e organizzativi.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

For evaluation purposes, participants are required During the course, to work in a small group on an authentic task (50% of the overall grade for modules 1, 2, 3) At the end of the course or of the individual modules, to take part in a written test with open questions (50% of the overall grade). The criteria for evaluating the group work will be explained in class. The criteria for evaluating the open-ended exam are the following: coherence of the answer with the question; level of depth of the concepts; level of reflection and argumentation; use of language appropriate to the topics/concepts covered.
