Program
After an introduction to the Italian system of contractual and non-contractual liability, the civil liability of healthcare professionals and hospital facilities will be examined in depth. In addition to liability for negligent performance of medical treatment, liability for breach of informed consent and liability for breach of the legislation on personal data protection will be specifically addressed.

The examination will be in Italian and consists of an oral interview.

The oral exam has the following goals: Level and depth of study and understanding; Language properties; Capacity to connect systematically the understanding; Analytical and arguing ability.
