Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Legislazione e programmazione sanitaria (2022/2023)

Learning objectives
Acquisire i principi generali dell’organizzazione sanitaria all’interno degli enti pubblici centrali e locali. Aggiornare gli obiettivi formativi ed allinearli alle direttive in ambito europea, con riferimento alle competenze normative, amministrative e giurisdizionali degli organi comunitari, ai loro rapporti con Stati membri ed i rispettivi ordinamenti.
Conoscere i sistemi di finanziamento dei servizi sanitari in Europa e le principali riforme del sistema sanitario.
Conoscere i principi delle autonomie locali, la legislazione dei servizi alla persona e le leggi della tutela della privacy.
Conoscere i fondamentali argomenti di politica sociale che coinvolgono i sistemi sanitari: assistenza minima garantita, tutela dei minori e delle fasce deboli, prestazioni fornite di diritto agli utenti privi di cittadinanza, interventi nell’ambito della disabilità ed emarginazione.
Conoscere le norme deontologiche e relative alla responsabilità professionale del singolo e della struttura sanitaria in cui si opera.

Lo studente deve avere compreso i principi alla base del funzionamento delle organizzazioni sanitarie con riferimento alle normative europee, ai principi delle autonomie locali, alla tutela della privacy.
Deve sapere esporre i fondamentali argomenti di politica sociale.
