Program
The program will focus on the following themes:
- meaning and history of corporate welfare in Italy
- areas of intervention of corporate welfare with particular reference to work-life balance, the promotion of psycho-physical well-being, and the collaboration with local institutions
- tools for corporate welfare with specific reference to collective bargaining

Didactic methods
The teaching methods consist of lectures, analysis of concrete organizational cases and classroom discussion.
Learning assessment procedures
Written exam with 3 questions in multiple choice quiz mode and 1 open question. Two texts chosen from the following (in addition to lessons' notes):

Evaluation criteria
The exam aims at evaluating the actual knowledge of the thematic nuclei presented in the classroom and the ability to re-elaborate the contents of what students read.
