Program

Stem cells and isolation of mesenchymal stem cells. Management of cell cultures. Evaluation of the osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation capacity of stem cells. Techniques to evaluate the regenerative capacity of mesenchymal stem cells. Techniques of extraction of nucleic acids and methods for the study of gene expression.
