Learning outcomes
The course intends to critically outline the main terms which characterise the contemporary debate on the fundamental principles of bio-jurisprudence. The goal of such a study is to remark the argumentative structure of the different thesis around which the bio-legal doctrine faces the challenges that emerge from bio-technologies, as well as the debate that such challenges generate. Such a path will show, on its background, the need to philosophically rethink the idea of limit.
Topical cases, taken from actuality and also from the legal practice will be discussed during the lectures.
Examination Methods
L'esame si svolge integralmente e in forma orale.
