General Part: Nature, object and legal effects of land registration, taking specifically into account the so-called declarative publicity, its role in solving conflicts between more transferees of the same transferor and the principle of continuity.
Special Part: The rules concerning the main juridical acts to be registered. The publicity of the situations laid down in articles 2643 and 2645 civil code, judicial claims (general features), judicial decisions, preliminary contracts, family property law (general features and some specific rules) and mortis causa acquisitions.
