L-FIL-LET/10 - ITALIAN LITERATURE

Period

I semestre dal Oct 1, 2014 al Jan 10, 2015.

Learning outcomes

The course of Italian literature is expressly referred to a future tour operator that moves in an international context, which aims to provide the knowledge needed to enhance the dialogue between the different countries and the Italian identity. The study of Italian literature is therefore integrated in a close dialogue with the other national literatures, in a perspective that alternates text analysis, history of ideas and forms of Italian culture, and sociology of literature. The course will provide the student, therefore, a knowledge of the principal authors of the tradition, through short introductory lectures on the life and work of each author and focusing specifically on the reading and analysis of texts in their genetic relationships intertextual and interdisciplinary and dialogue with other literatures. The choice of works is made according to two criteria:
a) Relevance of the author in the history of Italian literary tradition
b) Importance of the text in relation to the monographic program: the epistolary novel.

Bibliografia integrativa
