Learning outcomes

The course provides knowledge on Work Psychology: theories, models and application’s fields (individual and organizational approach)

Program

Prerequisites: Social Psychology

Syllabus: Work Psychology: History and Development; Methodologies; Quality of Working Life (Well-being, Stress and Mobbing); Motivations and Work Satisfaction; Work Values; Career Counselling and Competencies; Training; Human Resources Management; Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment; Generational Transition in Small and Medium Sized Businesses.

Teaching methods: Traditional lessons integrated with active learning and interventions by experts. The course is held in collaboration with Prof. M. Bellotto (Full Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology)

Examination Methods

Written examination (choice of taking reserved tests for students who attend); Oral examination for Erasmus students.
