Analize the mechanisms by which the newspapers contribute to the formation of the public opinion in an historical perspective

Requirements in advance: Good knowledge of Italian language (reading and speaking). Elementary knowledge of Modern European History
Course description: The newspapers from the origins to Internet: development of journalism, primarily in Italy, with attention to the economic, social and political forces which contributed to change the journalistic techniques and the newspaper functions
