1) Foundational notions: -the concept of information; the problem of the encoding; binary encoding of data- algorithms as procedures for problems solutions-programming languages: basic notions; html, the language of web.
2) Hardware: Von Neumann architecture; processor; memory.
3) Software: -basic notions about operative systems; process management; memory management; file system.
4) Networks: DSL; LAN; TCP/IP protocol.
5) Applications: user interface; applications as distributed systems (client-server architecture); technologies for World Wide Web.
6) Introduction to Data Bases.
