Learning objectives
The course is divided into two modules that introduce the cultivation of wine vines in the basic aspects related to taxonomy, ampelography, genetic improvement and propagation. The aspects concerning the physiological, productive and qualitative responses of the vine in relation to the environmental and biological parameters that characterize and condition the cultivation areas will also be illustrated.
Prerequisites and basic notions
Basic knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, biology and plant physiology are required
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final grade will be the average of the marks obtained in the exams of the individual modules
