Learning outcomes

The course provides the basic notions of the general part of criminal law, granting a continuous and scrupulous comparison with the constitutional principles.

Program

The course is divided into two modules: the first of 30 hours, the second of 6 hours.

MODULE I: - The principle of legality – Crime: the typical fact, unlawfulness and culpability – Circumstances - Attempt.
MODULE II: - Participation in crime – The consequences of crime.
