Learning outcomes

The course aims to introduce managerial tools and models applied to different tourist companies and cultural organizations. The organizations considered are accommodation businesses, tourist attractions, theatres, libraries and archives, museums and archaeological areas, festival. The theoretical contents will be completed with professionals’ invited speeches from tourist and cultural organizations.

Examination Methods

L'esame consiste in una prova scritta, volta all'accertamento di conoscenze puntuali, integrata da un colloquio. La prova scritta comprende domande aperte, cui è richiesta una risposta puntuale. Gli elaborati vengono corretti il giorno stesso o nei giorni immediatamente successivi. I risultati delle correzioni vengono pubblicati sul sito Web ed in bacheca, assieme ai calendari degli orali integrativi. Per gli studenti frequentanti viene organizzata una prova in itinere.
