Learning outcomes

The course provides students with the basic knowledge about the implant in terms of biological and prosthetic function. The lectures allow to follow a course of study aimed at the theoretical and practical knowledge of the implantprosthetics made with immediate and delayed loading implants screwed or cemented on a single tooth, small bridges and rehabilitations.

•Piano di trattamento in implantoprotesi: la distribuzione dei pilastri implantari e loro finalizzazione protesica
•La protesi impiantare fissa
•I ponti brevi e la corona singola sostenuti da impianti
•L’interconnessione impianti-denti naturali
•L’overdenture ritenuta da impianti
•Il carico immediato
•La sequenza di realizzazione implantoprotesica: dall’impianto alla protesi definitiva
•Tecniche di rilevazione di impronta in implantoprotesi
•Rilevazione delle cere di masticazione
•La preparazione dei pilastri implantari
•La protesi provvisoria su impianti
•Le fusioni su impianti e la protesi definitiva
•Protesi avvitata
•Biomeccanica impiantare

Esercitazioni pratiche
Realizzazione su impianti montati in gesso di una preparazione di elemento dentale singolo e multiplo sostenuto da impianti : sequenze cliniche simulative con finalizzazioni di protesi avvitata o cementata .
