Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the theoretical foundations and practical references to understand the organizations, their functions and the processes of business development through the study of models, structures and organizational variables. At the end of the course the student will demonstrate that he has acquired the knowledge to analyse the organizational structures and variables and to identify the development opportunities of a company. This knowledge will enable the student to: i) use dedicated languages in the approach to enterprises and human resources; ii) recognize the plans and the tools aimed at effectiveness and efficiency; iii) identify opportunities for developing an entrepreneurial idea in relation to their skills and support networks. At the end of the course the student will be able to: i) identify the management model best adapted to the company objectives by enhancing their skills and identifying the potential development of their own product/patent; ii) relate with the relevant stakeholders of the different phases of the development stages of an enterprise (institutions, entrepreneurs and managers, colleagues and collaborators, suppliers and customers, iii) collect and update the knowledge about companies to be able to interact with them.

Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)
Evaluation criteria
-The multiple choice questions are aimed at measuring knowledge of the specific contents of the planned program;
-the open questions will allow to detect the student's ability to express and connect the concepts learned in a coherent and synthetic way; - having participated in the lessons facilitates the preparation of both parts (note: there are no different forms of exam for non-attending and attending students).

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
-15 multiple choice questions on the Cubico-Favretto text (15 / 30ths): 1item = 1point
-3 open questions on the chapters indicated in the Daft text (15 / 30ths): 1item = 5 points DURATION: 1 hour
Also foreseen an additional open question that will be evaluated only for those who reach 30/30 in the previous years, to assign honors
