Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will be able to:
to contribute to the development of new methods and models of organization of services and organizational processes
recognize the complexity of organizational-welfare changes and strategies to favor them
analyze the stages of a reorganization project of the nursing models of hospital and territorial units

o The aggregation of departments by areas and intensity of care and implications for nursing work
o The interdependence between the professional figures: the doctor-nurse relationships, both on the clinical level and in the organizational lines
o Systems for measuring assistance complexity and workloads
o Responsibility towards support staff: delegation and attribution
o The organizational models of care and their historical evolution

Students are offered a case to be worked out with an organizational analysis and redesign of the care organization.
