Learning outcomes
1. Analyze the reference legislation in relation to the clinical, organizational and managerial professional responsibility of the nurse and midwife.
2. Analyze the regulatory indications dictated by the Legislative Decree. 66/2003 with particular attention to the impact on the organization.
3. Thoroughly analyze the health professional's responsibility for workplace safety.
4. Areas of responsibility and decision limits of the OSS with particular attention to the impact on the clinical contest
Program
1. Implications on professional responsibility at the clinical care and organizational-management level, introduced by the Law of 8 March 2017, n. 24 Provisions concerning the safety of care and the assisted person, as well as in matters of professional responsibility of health professions.
2. Implications on the professional responsibility of the directives 93/104 / CE and 2000/34 / CE concerning certain aspects of the organization of working time provided for by Legislative Decree April 8, 2003, n. 66.
3. Responsibility of the health professional in ensuring safety at work (Unified Safety at Work 81/08 updated in July 2018).
4. The areas and the boundaries of responsibility and decision-making in the clinical care activity in collaboration with the Social Health Operators.
