Prerequisites and basic notions

Attendance at 3rd year lessons. Carrying out cognitive exercises with the production of a paper in preparation for the laboratories.

Program

Management of a person with heart failure in the unstable phase. Management of a complex therapy during the patient's clinical instability. Organize care and ensure continuity of care. Relational skills in complex situations. Management of a patient with acute respiratory failure undergoing clinical deterioration.

Didactic methods

Simulations on mannequins or with simulated patients (role playing). Cognitive exercises in the classroom on clinical or relational situations.

Learning assessment procedures

At the end of the course year the teacher will formulate the "approved" judgment taking into account the student's regular and certified attendance (100%) at the laboratories with any compensation for absences and any gaps in individual skills
