Learning outcomes

The class aims at providing students with the regulatory and conceptual basis for a better understanding of the labour protection system, with particular focus on the implications of such system for nursing professions.

Program

The regulatory sources of labor law: the Constitution, law and collective agreements;
Self-employment, quasi subordinate and subordinate employment;
Access to employment and contract types;
Compensation, job tasks and working hours;
Employers' powers in the workplace;
Suspension and termination of employment;
Nurses' professional liability.
