Learning outcomes


To be able to describe the field of palliative care and to identify objectives and methods for taking care of the people involved and their families.
To Identify the most appropriate approaches to each phase of the disease path.

Program

Care management of chronic pain in adults (cancer, rheumatic pain):
Management of the symptoms of in the person with oncological disease during treatment and in advanced and / or end of life: pruritus, stomatitis, dry mucous membranes, chronic fatigue, nausea and vomiting, neutropenia and febrile neutropenia, dehydration.

Support of significant others and relatives throughout the oncological and / or chronic illness
End of life accompaniment and support. through grief and loss

The management of the "care and educational" path with a person suffering from liver cirrhosis hemorrhagic risk, acute confusion, encephalopathy-related alteration of consciousness.
