Program
Basic functional anatomy of the central and peripheral nervous system.
Basic neurological semeiotics.
Consciousness disorders: signs, causes and monitoring.
Physiopathology, clinics and treatment of main neurological diseases that cause disability:
- Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke: physiopathology, clinics, diagnosis. Acute stroke treatment: thrombolysis.
- Parkinson's disease: pathophysiology, clinics, differential diagnosis. Motor fluctuations and long-term treatment syndrome.
- Multiple sclerosis
- Epilepsy
