Prerequisites and basic notions
The complexity of care: analysis models and application implications
Care priorities: criteria and methods. Analysis of short situations in the medical-surgical area
Provide quality and safe care
Methods of providing assistance: characteristics of the various models and necessary skills. Reflection on the skills necessary for the success/failure of the proposed models
Guiding and supervising social health workers: the profile and training of the OSS, methods of assignment of activities and supervision.
The transmission of information to ensure continuity across deliveries: standards of good delivery, notes on transmission methods. Analysis and discussion of good deliveries
Documentation of care (not planning): writing standards (how and what to write, legal value, style and spelling, terminology, use of acronyms and/or abbreviations, ..), conservation
Shift work: type of shifts and impact on the patient and the operator, hygiene and health of the shift operator

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
Integrated exam that includes a written part with open and closed multiple-choice questions and an oral part for the Organization of care processes module
