The teaching introduces the student to a global vision of the person's psychological development in his complexity, factors which interact and the comprehension of a help request's necessities expressed, considering life development' steps, skills and required adjustments in the various evolutional stage; itg also introduces the student to the fundamental helpful relationships's precepts, to the techniques and strategies needed for an efficient comunication's management.
