Lessons, group exercises on relational clinical practice situations, video projection with guided analysis of the nurse-patient dialogue.
Learning assessment procedures
WRITTEN EXAM: the exam will consist of open questions and a part dedicated to the analysis and interpretation of a nurse-patient dialogue text. The test will focus on the assessment of: - Knowledge and understanding of the bibliography indicated by the teacher, with particular reference to the theories and models of human communication, the helping relationship and their declination and application in the context of nursing and nursing care. - Ability to apply knowledge Connecting and applying theoretical knowledge in clinical practice situations, orienting oneself in managing a dialogue with the person who needs professional help, with the aim of providing listening, understanding, support, and empathy.
Evaluation criteria
The answers will be evaluated based on the length of the text, its relevance and specificity, and the level of detail. Each answer is rated in 30th. The result of the vote expressed on the 30th is obtained from the arithmetic average of the 4 scores obtained. The final grade will be calculated by applying the weighted average based on the value of the credits of the individual modules.
