Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen the physiopathological, clinical and care aspects of some of the health problems that have been selected, depending on their epidemiological relevance and exemplarity both in clinical instability and especially in chronicity / disability. Consider the changes that result from the aging of the population and the increase of chronic degenerative problems. The approach focuses on the recognition and management of current and potential problems with a view to continuity in the various contexts of care and the promotion and development of skills and self-discipline skills.
