Through the principal theoretical and methodological approaches this course wants to introduce the students to the knowledge of the organizations. Then, wants to understand their characteristics, inner dynamics and the relationships with organizations and social contest.

Module: SOCIOLOGIA DEI PROCESSI ORGANIZZATIVI

The course wants to provide the theoretical and methodological instruments in order to know organizations.
At first, it will be introduced the concept of work and its more recent transformations as contest in which the organization moves. Then, it will be studied organization through different aspects: for example, power and hierarchy and socialization of new workers (also from different cultures), with particular attention for the team working, organization's change and learning organizations.
