L’insegnamento si propone di far acquisire allo studente la capacità di descrivere l’organizzazione strutturale del corpo umano dal livello macroscopico a quello microscopico in condizioni di salute e di conoscere le caratteristiche morfologiche essenziali dei sistemi, degli apparati, degli organi, dei tessuti, delle cellule e delle strutture subcellulari dell’organismo umano, nonché i loro principali correlati morfofunzionali. Si propone inoltre lo studio dei fenomeni fisiologici dei vari apparati , in una visione olistica, dalla cellula all’intero organismo e di far riconoscere i principi dell’omeostasi ed i meccanismi di controllo che vi presiedono e i principali adattamenti in condizioni non basali.
