Administration of drugs through commonly used routes:
• Oral drugs: principles and methods of administration
Parenteral drugs:
• Intramuscular route: intramuscular injection sites, technique
• Subcutaneous route: injection sites and principles, technique
• Drugs for other routes: sublingual, respiratory, rectal, cutaneous, ocular
Criteria for defining the schedules of a therapeutic scheme
Fluid therapy:
• Fluids for Hypodermoclysis: subcutaneous infusion of fluids
• Fluids and drugs via e/v:
• Features of the main infusion solutions
• Compatibility between drugs and infusion therapy solutions
• Operational steps for the administration of fluids and drugs
