By the end of the course, the student will know how to make a search query and how to find, to understand and to
analyze critically scientific literature.
By the end of the course, the student will know how to collect, to order and to analyze data from professional

The course provides fundamentals of midwifery research process. It also provides basic knowledges about health data collection and analisys.

Various types of study designs.
Critical evaluation of a scientific paper.
Planning a scientific research.

Examination Methods
Students will be asked to draw up a scientific poster of a research of interest selected from the bibliographic research. The evaluation of the poster represents 40% of the final evaluation and will be integrated to the remaining 60% represented by the outcome of the oral test.
