Learning outcomes

To improve knowledge on:
- Medical history and neurological examination; main neurological syndromes;
- Pathophysiology of peripheral and central nervous system;
- Neurophysiological techniques used in the clinical practice;

Program

This course will include different topics related to neurological semeiotics and clinical neurophysiology:
- Medical history and neurological physical examination;
- Main neurological syndromes;
- Physiology of central and peripheral nervous system;
- Clinical neurophysiology and diagnosis;
- Techniques of clinical neurophysiology including electromyography, evoked motor/somatosensory/visual/auditory potentials, electroencephalography;
- Diagnostic procedures in neurophysiopathology
