Program

The concepts of sociology related to work in complex organisations will be presented, with particular attention to the theme of multicultural society and cultural diversity in organizations.
It will also describe the figure of the reflexive professional and the importance not only of technical skills, but also meta-reflexive and self-analysis in contenporary work contexts.
