Learning objectives
Gaining knowledge about the Walfare State and the organisational structure of the National Health Service in order to work effectively in the complexity of the health system and to facilitate the integration into the world of work LABOR LAW MODULE Training objectives: To make labor law understandable. Facilitate entry into the world of work by providing knowledge on forms of work, job start-up, rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship and on the tools to protect the worker. MODULE ORGANIZATION OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM AND HEALTH LEGISLATION Training objectives: Acquire knowledge on the organizational structure of the National Health Service in order to operate effectively in the complexity of the health system. Learning with a single vision the methods and skills to be used for exercising one's professional role towards users and in synergy with other NHS operators. SOCIOLOGY OF HEALTH AND ORGANIZATIONS MODULE Training objectives: Welfare states have been and are experiences of a national nature, exposed to the challenges of the crisis and globalization, to socio-demographic and cultural transformations. The aim of the course is to accompany students to understand how the experience of the welfare state was born and how it is developing, under the pressure of new socio-economic and cultural scenarios.
Prerequisites and basic notions
The course analyzes the state of the art of Italian welfare. In particular: welfare services, welfare policies, social inequalities and contemporary socio-economic trends.

Written test with open questions. There will be 5 questions, each with a score of up to 6
