Program

Birth and evolution of labor law. Law, labor law and trade union law. Formants of law: juridical norms, jurisprudence and doctrine. The sources of law with specific reference to labor law. Origins and historical evolution of labor law. Labor and workers in the Italian Constitution. The Statute of workers. Collective bargaining: relationship between sources of law and collective bargaining. Reference to collective bargaining in the public sector. The collective agreement and the individual employment contract. Subordinate, autonomous and para-subordinate work. Notes on legislative decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments on safety The discipline of dismissal: just cause and justified reason. Examination of some institutions (protection of working mothers, mobility, etc.). The enabling law on employment and the labor market (L.14.02.2003 and related implementing decrees). Employment services. Particular forms of work: part - time, on - demand, occasional and job sharing. The working partner and cooperation. Peculiarities in the employment relationship employed by public administrations.
