Learning outcomes
Allow, with the learning of the fundamental notions of the general part of the criminal law, the acquisition of the ability to understand the objective and subjective structure of the crimes foreseen by the penal code and by the special legislation on health and safety of workers.
Program
The course will be divided between a first part (dedicated to the study of the general notions and fundamental institutes of criminal law) and a second part (dedicated to the study of the crimes foreseen by the penal code and the special legislation on health and safety of workers) .
