Learning outcomes
Provide the method and tools to organize and build security inside a company.
Program
The construction of prevention in a company (introductory part):
- the evolution of prevention in a company
- the evolution of the role and the new skills required for the company's prevention technician
- how to build prevention in a company: the Company Prevention System, the principles of the Company Prevention System (systemic and preventive principles), the understanding and management of the organizational structure, the different levels of approach to prevention (Corporate Compliance, Integrated Management Systems and the Organizational Model)
- practical cases.
The construction of company sefety:
- applicazioni of the principles of the Company Prevention System with respect to health and safety requirements
- methods and practical tools to ensure adequate risk assessment, legislative update, management of preventive roles / figures and related skills (training and training), communication / consultation / involvement activities, application of operational control of activities (both internal and contracted outside) and emergencies, management of dangerous events (accidents and near-accidents), monitoring statistic of events.
- specific relationships with D.Lgs. 81/08.
- practical cases.
Examination Methods
Written exam with open and closed answers with a practical case.
