Learning outcomes
Allowing, by learning the fundamental notions of the general part of criminal law, the acquisition of the ability to understand and interpret the objective and subjective structure of the offenses provided for by the criminal code and special legislation on the health and safety of workers.
Program
The course will be divided into a first part (dedicated to the study of the general notions and fundamental institutions of criminal law) and a second part (dedicated to the study of the offenses provided for by the criminal code and special legislation on the health and safety of workers).
Examination Methods
Oral interview. A written pre-appeal can be agreed.
